PACF Announces Q2 2026 Mini Grant Award Recipients

The Parsons Area Community Foundation (PACF) is proud to announce the recipients of its Q2 2026 Mini Grant Program. This quarter, six applications have been selected to receive funding in recognition of their innovative, community-driven projects that align with PACF’s mission.

The Mini Grant Program supports creative initiatives and local solutions with awards of up to $1,500 per organization per year. Each quarter, the program empowers changemakers who are making a tangible difference in our communities.

Q2 2026 Mini Grant Recipients:

  • Care Cupboard Hygiene Pantry: $1,500.00 – block party
  • Class LTD: $385.51 – portable transport units and fire suppression blankets
  • Oswego Police Department: $1,272.00 – evidence room metal shelving units
  • Parsons High School FCCLA: $1,500.00 – FCCLA national leadership conference
  • Pentecostals of Southeast Kansas: $1,000.00 – life recovery program support
  • Safe Haven Outreach Mission: $1,500.00 – household items

“These projects show passion, innovation, and commitment to creating positive change in our communities,” said Becky Dantic, PACF Executive Director. “We look forward to seeing the impact these projects will have in the months ahead and we are honored to support this important work.”

Since its inception in September 2024, the Pete and Mary Hughes Impact Fund for Mini Grants has supported projects totaling more than $42,000 helping to create positive change across Parsons and its surrounding communities.

PACF is a local, multifaceted nonprofit that helps to direct the wishes of a charitable giver to an intended cause. PACF strives to be in tune with local community needs, to provide leadership on important community issues, and to be exemplary stewards of the resources entrusted to it.
