Becky Dantic, Executive Director

Becky was born in Ohio and lived in Missouri and Mississippi before ultimately moving to Parsons in her teenage years. She graduated from Labette County High School and shortly thereafter moved to Northeast Oklahoma. She holds a degree from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, is a 2015 graduate of the Heartland Economic Development Program offered through the University of Northern Iowa and is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Labette.

Becky was the office manager at Logan & Lowry, LLP in Grove, Oklahoma for 13 years before moving with her family back to Parsons. She joined Great Plains Development Authority in March 2014 and was a project manager there for 7 years when the opportunity with the Foundation came along.

Becky is currently the Secretary of the Parsons Community Development Corporation, a member of the Leadership Labette Board of Directors where she previoulsy held the roles of Secretary, Vice-Chair and Chair, and she currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Labette Community College. Becky is also an active member of Parsons Rotary Club and Parsons Soroptimist Club.

Becky has always considered Parsons to be home. Her parents taught her at an early age the importance of hard work and the joys of giving back. She is passionate about helping people reach their highest potential, which is why she is so excited to now be a part of the Parsons Area Community Foundation – helping individuals and organizations in the area flourish.
